I finished out this week of training with a four mile run on Wed. evening and then today I did an eight mile run. Jamey suggested I do eight or nine miles this week and next (as my long runs) and then taper off to less the last two weeks prior to the marathon.
It was a difficult week to schedule training since we were dealing with my father-in-law's hospitalization and surgery for heart problems. I hope to find time to do a four mile run on Labor Day morning.
