Today's workout was squeezed in between an early breakfast and appointment and a mid-day trip to Ft. Wayne. I hit the road at 10 a.m. and finished shortly after 11. Another four miles accomplished. I am feeling good.
I plan to walk in a walk-a-thon on Saturday to benefit Altzheimer Research so I will run 6 or 8 miles on Sunday. Then into the last two weeks before the F4F run.
I am trying to eat healthy but I am really hungry lately. May be from stress.
