A Good Workout Today

It was pretty uncomfortable outside today so I went up to the school with Cyndy and we worked out indoors. I was able to do the 2 minute run 4 minute walk segments. YEA! Did five of them. Then the full set of exercises. I'm so happy that I accomplished this today because I won't be falling behind the schedule too badly. My legs won't stay still this evening so I hope I don't have a restless night.
