According to our schedule we plan our week of workouts with some days off so our muscles can adjust and recuperate. This is actually more productive than day upon day of training. It is a great day out weatherwise (finally) and I am wanting to go out and run and walk. (Am I addicted?)
Going to rest though and listen to Jamey and to my knees. My knees and feet are hurting.
I am going to enjoy my afternoon by doing some bird watching. No leaves yet so it is easier to spot some of the birds that migrate through and are only here for a few short days.
